Causa del problema
My washing machine (Beko WMB 61232 PTEU) became unbalanced during the spin cycle while washing a heavy shower mat. The machine started shaking strongly, and I stopped it immediately. After that, the door rubber gasket (seal) appears twisted and partially displaced. I tried to reposition it myself, but it does not sit flat anymore and seems to be under tension. There is no visible tear in the rubber, but it may still need replacement if it cannot be properly refitted. I would like a specialist to inspect it and either reposition or replace the gasket as needed. The machine was working normally before the unbalanced spin, and I have not used it since the issue occurred.
