Es handelt sich um 6 Balkone in einer Wohnanlage in Selb, Wörthstraße 12. Diese sind mit Fliesen belegt, deren Fugen durchlässig geworden und demzufolge die Fliesen zum Teil locker sind. An der Unterseite eines Balkons hat sich bereits Wasser gezeigt. Es müssten die Fliesen entfernt, die Balkonplatte neu isoliert und auf die Balkone ein Kunststoffbelag aufgebracht werden
